  • 2 days per week:
    $495 ( full 10 weeks) $125 bi-weekly

    3 days per week:
    $595 (full 10 weeks) $150 bi-weekly

  • We’ll cover mobility, flexibility, sprint mechanics , movement patterns, and knowledge of the weight room. Each at different levels (foundation, standard, elite).

  • This program is available for all skill levels. You'll be guaranteed to increase your skills and abilities on and off the field.

  • The Speed/Strength Program will run for 10 weeks. October 24th through December 23rd

  • Athletes will choose 1 “Block A” class and 1 “Block B” class to join

THE FOUNDATION

Our entry level class. A class for all athletes. Covering mobility, flexibility, sprint mechanics , movement patterns, and knowledge of the weight room. We will strip older athletes of bad movement patterns and give younger athletes the base they need to excel at the highest level possible. 

  • With the use of “CATAPULT” gps systems. Our goal is to identify improvements and elevate our athletes' performance. We will track athletes in training and games with Catapults core metrics, including distance, sprints, and speed (MPH). 

  • Reducing the likelihood of injuries by understanding practice intensity, monitoring athletes workload, and avoid overtraining to reduce injury risk using CATAPULT advanced data

THE Standard

Our next level, “The Standard” is the next stop after “The Foundation”. Here, all athletes will gain greater knowledge of what their bodies can accomplish. Most athletes will display what we call “weight-room confidence”. At The Standard, athletes will gain strength, speed, and power with the complement of strength and speed training.

THE Elite

The journey to be “The Elite” starts once above prerequisites are met in the weight room, on the turf and in the classroom. In order to classify as The Elite of this program, you must embody the definition of “your body is a temple” and display this inside and outside “the temple”. Only a few will actually make it here. It is a testament to the hard work of the complete student-athlete.
