CROSSTRAIN

Join us for an intense and dynamic fitness experience designed to push your limits and enhance your physical abilities. This class focuses on high-intensity workouts that incorporate a wide range of functional movements, weightlifting, and cardio exercises. Our sessions are tailored to challenge participants of all fitness levels, promoting strength, endurance, and overall well-being. Get ready to sweat, lift, and push yourself to achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

Yoga

Move your body into various positions in order to become more flexible, to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind. The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. Enjoy a peaceful yet purposeful yoga class with us every Saturday morning!
